How can I get a free estimate? A simple phone call and a no obligation appointment. Appointments last between 1 - 1.5 hours. 
 
How much do you charge? No two moves are alike. Our services are a la carte and you can pick and choose which services that you need. 
                              
Do you move seniors?  Yes. The same concepts apply to any age. 
                           
What if I only need some of your services? We do any move large or small. Just call us to see how we can help.
 
What are the real benefits of hiring a Senior Transition Specialist? Years of experience and an ongoing knowledge of the specialty services needed for a senior transition. We also work with many retirement communities, assisted living and nursing facilities. 
                           
What makes a transition company different from a moving company? Most of the time a moving company will pack, move and unpack for a client. We have many services before and after packing and unpacking. Moving a loved one is significantly more intricate than a traditional move. See our Services tab.
 
How long does a move take? Our smallest move can be as short as one day, but it really depends on the list of services that you request from Next Steps. We do whatever is necessary to complete a move. 
 
I am moving to or from another state, can you help? We specialize in interstate moves. 
 
What do I do with the items that I do not move? We have many options for the things you choose not to take. The first option is an Estate Sale. Other options are consignment shops, antique dealers, Ebay or donations. In all situations, we can help find new homes for any items you don't want to take to your new home.
